1. Terms
By subscribing to our application 4everConnection (The App), you (The User) agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal or local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing The App). The Application and materials contained in The Application are solely own by 4ever Corporation (The Company) and protected by applicable Copyright and Trademark laws.
2. User License & Agreement
Users subscribing to the App can use all of their function including the following:
Update their own personal information on the MY PROFILE section of The App. By entering their personal or family information, The User agrees to allow The Company and its Partners to access such information so they can provide services and/or to offer services to The User.
Users agree to use the “CREATE A CONNECTION” function of the application only after getting express permission from the person who needs The Company's services. If a connection is created using this application, The Company agrees to reward The User who created the connection, with Marketing Dollars (M$) according to our “MAP Schedule” which can be found on The My Wallet section of the Application.
Our MAP schedule can be updated at any time at The Company's sole discretion. The User who subscribes to The Application will automatically be considered a “Marketing Partner” (MAP) of The Company and be entitled to receive M$ as established on the MAP Schedule at the time when their connection uses any of The Company "Services" for a first time.
The Company at its own discretion reserves the right to offer bonuses and/or Special promotions like for recurring usage of services by their CONNECTIONS. Those promotions when launched will be announced on the “Important Notes” section of the application. As the Company offers new additional Services the Earning potential Per Connection increases, this will also be announced in the IMPORTANT NOTES section of the App.
Users agree to allow The Company and/or its Associates to contact them by phone, email, or text messages, using the contact information provided by them on their profile on the App.
Users agree to allow The Company to use the information they provide via the application to process any service they request from The Company and/or any of its Partners.
Users agree to provide The Company through The Application with a preferred payment ptotal information such as PAYPAL, VENMO or Any other available as a Withdraw option in the MY WALLET section of the App.
User with earned “Marketing Dollars” can request “WITHDRAWS” using the “MY WALLET” section in the application.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these agreements and may be terminated by The Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials within The Application are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, The Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to The Application.
4. Limitations
In no event shall The Company or its associates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use The Application , even if The Company, or The Company’s Associate has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing in The Application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Company does not warrant that any of the materials on The Application are accurate, complete or current. The Company may make changes to the materials contained in The Application at any time without notice. However, The Company does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Links
The Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to The Application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Company of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
7. Modification
The Company may revise these terms of service for The Application at any time without notice. By using The Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Consent
By registering and using our App, you hereby consent to our Terms of Service and its Conditions.
